Training

Build confidence and efficiency

Training sessions are run by our experienced team and can be tailored to specific areas. Sessions are conducted in person or remotely. MiClub run extensive training for on boarding new clients and staff changeover.

Refresher course

Refresher sessions are ideal for a club or course that has been utilising the MiClub system for some time. With the MiClub systems ever evolving, there are always new tips and tricks to be more efficient and engaging.

Optimisation

Improve member or customer experience, or streamline administration processes. Focus can include:

Reconfiguring/creating timesheet templates,
Configuring competition and prize templates,
Consolidating green fees, or
Utilising new competition types and scorecard templates.

MiClub also run regular user group training sessions to keep staff skills up and reduce administration.
